About Liz

Art has always been a part of my life. I grew up in an artistic household, both of my parents were professional working artist. My Dad a Scientific Illustrator for the Museum of Natural History in NYC and my Mom was a watercolorist and Greeting Card designer. Most family’s have family rooms, we had a Studio, most family’s played sports on weekends, we went to art shows! Creating art was the normal way of being in our house and I gain so much knowledge, skills and passion to keep creating all my life.

My formal training was from School of Visual Arts way back in the 80’s were I completed both my Bachelor of Fine Arts and Art Education degrees. After many years of raising a family, running a few different businesses including teaching art, I am finally creating my Art, the Art I have always meant to create full time!
